because it's simple, straightforward, practical stuff like this that actually helps you make progress. It takes the guess work out of fat loss and muscle gain and shows you how to focus on the "big rocks" rather than majoring in the minors. Want to lose fat? Eat fewer calories with nutrient dense foods and lots of protein. Want to build muscle? Eat more calories, still getting a bunch of nutrient dense foods, and emphasizing protein.
🦄My personal changes? I'd take the cheese off the fat loss meal and either have some guac (because I prefer guac over cheese) or add more protein to fill me up. I'd also have water or seltzer or another 0-cal drink (like unicorn blood ☕️) as well. The bulking meal is exactly how I'd take it.
