Train abs once a month if that.... I spend 45-60 min four times a week in the gym.. do you believe me and how pissed are you ? If you are spending considerable time in the gym and your composition is off then you are doing something wrong and or your BMR is off and you don’t have as much muscle as you think you do to burn your calories you so count on a daily basis. There could be other underlying issues as well with your blood work that could be causing you to be running uphill. Trust me I workout, but anyone that’s seen me train will attest that my training isn’t based on staggered sets and going through the motions. You can’t substitute hard work nor is there a secret vitamin or supplement if there was well we would have more fit people walking the talk.... training should be fun, not monotonous , and results should be seen monthly. My legs have always been and still are a dominant muscle group on me. They are naturally just big, they respond well and grow fast, and it is where I hold most of my body fat, on my quads hamstrings and ass LOL. Today was the first real hard way day I have done in months. Going to be hurting for a while I think.
