Holy shit... this is amazing. This video shows some awesome biomechanics on the leg press and the potential for spinal issues. Compression on the spine is at a maximum during this seated and loaded position. ~ PREP YOURSELF ~ It's pretty exactly 11 months since I had baby Ellis, and I'm still overwhelmed over the capacity of the body. My own progression towards handstand and arm balances since Ellis has been slow but consistent. Today, I'm starting to hover - bit by bit, practice by practice. Some shoulder work only was done between the before and after. I would have definitely started with the pelvis if it wasn't for practicing purposes. Despite the difference in lighting, we can see an improvement in the internal rotation of the arms. He is also more engaged in the thoracic area. All soft tissue work here. A movimentação do cotovelo em exercícios para bíceps é fundamental para manter tensão durante toda a amplitude. Como exemplo temos esse exercício na polia. ⠀ Observe que quando o cotovelo está totalmente esticado os Braços de Torque (linhas vermelhas) estão bem pequenos e podem ficar nulos, inibindo a atividade muscular. A mesma coisa pode acontecer no final do movimento concêntrico caso a polia estivesse mais baixa e o cotovelo mais alto (o que não aconteceu nesse vídeo).
