OK, if you've heard me say that I get my blowouts once a week, I know you’re wondering a few things. First, yes, I do only wash my hair once a week (but yes, I do shower! I’ll share details on my favorite shower cap with you tomorrow). Second, you are wondering how that is possible with workouts, sweating, etc. Well, light-weight styling products and dry shampoo are your friends (I’ll share my fave products with you tomorrow, too). Also, I make sure to wear a sweat band to keep my hair dryer during workouts, and I leave it down so it doesn’t get that kink from the rubber-band! You know how I love balance in my busy life, which is why I love doing home workouts that saves me from spending too much time away from my family. My favorite at-home workout is #PiYo.
