DIETING HACK #1
As we get deeper into dieting for either leaning out/cutting or bulking, or even maintenance, it is VERY common to become burnt out on what we are eating. -

My guess is that you may be too. Here are 2 things I use in my diet regardless if I am leaning out or building bcuz IIFYM. -
I love ice cream and it’s part of the reason I used to be on the heavier side. And while I still love the full-bolt stuff, @halotopcreamery
Cinnamon Roll is (IMHO) the best flavor from them. It is literally 360 calories of pure bliss. *Note: I bought this one at Target without realizing it is the coconut milk/diary free version and it scoops out like a champ and tastes near identical to the normal version.
VEGGIES. I’ve never been a huge veggie eater for majority of my life. As I’ve gotten older, my pallet has changed and I’ve been more open to trying new things. Here lately, I’ve been using these BirdsEye veggie bags, popping them in the microwave, portioning out if needed and then toss that into a pan with a little hot sauce and soy sauce and it IS THE BOMB.COM. When in doubt, use hot sauce, amirite? These bags have been super helpful with getting in those micronutrients/greens! Micro’s are just as important as the macro’s!
