The pictures on the left are from 2015 after my FIRST T25 workout, well after my first workout EVER! 😣😠
I was 160lbs, size 12, unhealthy and completly out of shape 😕
I am now 130lbs, size 2, stronger, fitter & faster! 💪💪
I lost all of my weight in just 4 months after starting #T25
and have maintained by continuing to do #Beachbody
I do not live in a gym, or workout more than 30 minutes a day, I do not have a personal trainer, I am not lucky🍀, I do not starve myself or "diet", I do not count carbs, and I don't take any "weight loss" supplements. I simply show up and make the decision everyday to be the best me possible!
I have taught myself SO much in just 2 years about living a healthy lifestyle; like the 80/20 rule or even 70/30... it's all about BALANCE!! ANYONE can do it if they have the right plan and are willing to WORK for it. You only get ONE BODY!!
