Day off from uni but mans is still busy as hell! My heart PMS has been off the chart these last couple of days 🙈 I feel sorry for my boyfriend 🙈 legit would be crying for no reason and getting annoyed over little things and yesterday and today I’ve been hella hyper and happy 🙈defo a little psycho! Looking into food and ways to help balance my hormones out as my only trouble with being on the pill is the PMS!
Anyway, I had a very slow morning and made myself some very indulgent oats while listening to my fave podcast at the mo @shawnmodel
while sipping on some coffee and creating a step by step to do list!
