Day 1-149 lbs ➡️ end of week 12-143 lbs.
I️ made it through the first 12 weeks! I️ won’t lie, it was SO HARD for me, but SO worth it. This is the first program that’s slimmed me down so quickly. It’s so exciting when your body can do something that it couldn’t do the week before.
Mentally, at first I️ battled myself with the I️ can’t/I️ can conversation, then I️ started feeling like a total badass, now I’m struggling with a bit of depression because I️ have really sensitive feet and I️ injured my foot in week 9/10. I️ modified the jumping moves from then on but it feels like I️ may have a stress fracture. I’m going to do something low impact for the next couple of weeks and then hopefully get back to it.
P.S. I’m so bored of these teal bikini bottoms. I️ think I’ve earned a shopping trip. 😜
