change feels good. sometimes I wonder why we're so afraid of change.. maybe it's the fear of the unknown, our lack of control, the "what if" & sometimes its just easier sticking to what we know 🤔 but like everything it's all in our mind, so try & turn those things into a positive. we learn new things, make new experiences, meet different people, discover more strengths (& weaknesses) & grow 🍃 what's to be scared of? why waste that time being worried when we can just go for it!
this was something I was thinking about yesterday with my little change of gym 🏋️♀️ even though I was excited for another one to open & couldn't wait to leave, I was debating it for a few days 💭 I felt nervous going somewhere new, not knowing anyone (even though I keep to myself 😂), wondered if I'd like it, should I wait until the new year bla bla bla.
this is just a tiny example but I hope you get what I mean. if you WANT to do something, do it! f*ck the fear & do it anyway because you'll never know until you try. if worse comes to worse, just go back to what you know 👌
maybe you have some ideas for a NYR ⭐ big or small.. what could you do today, or between now & the NY, that would bring you one step closer? what life changes do you have in mind that you are questioning? believe in yourself, it'll all work out in the end ❤
