As a bunch of you know I tore my hamstring doing cardio! So I have decided to do the BarBQ Challenge and see if I can get down to 230 in 6 weeks BW 265 lbs right now with no cardio!! I will be posting pictures of transformation over next six weeks! Tired of just sitting around I'll be dambed if I am gonna sit around and get fat. This is all you need to do the challenge... Blue Sky's, Jack Daniels Beef Rub, Franks Hot Sauce, Country Bob Steak and Chicken and of course your Don't Underestimate the Power of an Old Man with a Barbell in his Hand Coffee Cup full to the top with Java! BarBQ Grill and Meat lots of it! Last but not least gallon of water a day.
