Back to the power grind. The weight feels a little unfamiliar. I knew the transition wouldn’t be smooth. I think as men it’s hard to check the ego at the door. But I’ve got a new set of goals. Mentally and physically. That’s what makes life so sweet, setting goals and perusing them. Smashing them.

These work your front delts so much it's crazy, you even feel your lateral delt working on these because of the grib, something new I'm trying in my shoulder training.
Slow negatives, and control the weight as always. Cables are amazing! You can always have tension on the muscle..
