My favourite muscle group to train... BACK. You'll always struggle to find someone with an awesome physique that doesn't have strong back development IMO.
If your backs lacking, consider some of these points.
Train back twice a week.
Master single arm rows and a strong mind muscle connection.
Utilise a lat pull down with multiple grips.
Strict pull ups are awesome, kipping ones are not.
Leave the straps at home, will stop you going too heavy AND #forearmgainz.
The better your shoulder mobility, the better you'll be able to contract your back.
Nail all the above and watch your back progress skyrocket 🚀🚀🚀.
