I had an amazing back workout today that helped get rid of some excess energy. This workout focused primarily on mid and lower back, something I rarely do. Typically I focus on upper back with a hint of mid back but I decided to change it up today-Rack pulls 4x8, barbell rows 4x8, close grip seated cable rows 4x10, closed grip seated pull down 4x8, wide grip lat pull down 4x10, straight bar wide grip pull down 4x10, cable cobra pull downs 4x10, weighted hypers 4x12.
