(swipe left) The smirk on my face was absolutely unavoidable. I'm honored to work for Chance the Rapper for 7 weeks under his KOK and Social Works program for kids. I had the great opportunity to teach 2 groups of kids how to produce a film from beginning to end. I knew I was going to bring my A+ game and then some. I was excited to learn that Chance loved the movies and it was not expected that the children would have films at the end of camp. I'm truly grateful to even be in this position. At the showcase on Friday I was asked to come back to the program and continue to teach! Praise God! As a matter of fact I taught two programs this summer and was asked to come back and teach both of them on that Friday. Before I left, Judy (the best director ever) asked me to be a part of the parade. It was such a humbling experience. To see someone with a big name still give back on a day that celebrates him is a true example of someone whose love for people is genuine. My weekend was perfect and I'm sure there will be more Great things to come. I'm even more driven then I was this past 7 weeks. Praise God for allowing me to be able to use the gifts and passion that he Blessed me with and to be a Blessing to kids!
