What are you saying when you talk to yourself?
We talk to ourselves all the time. It's perfectly normal and natural. What's vitally important however are the words we use when we do.
Everything we think has a corresponding emotional reaction. If we think negative thoughts, they produce negative feelings, which create negative behaviors and results.
It's easy to get in the habit of talking negatively to yourself...
"You're so stupid and clumsy!"
"You're so ugly, who would want you!"
"You're a loser, you're destined for nothing!" and on and on it goes.
The good news is it's never too late to be the person you know you are. It's never too late to create the life, deep down, you know you deserve.
It all starts with the words you tell yourself all day long.
"You are perfect"
"You are beautiful"
"You are lovable"
"You are deserving of happiness, good health and success"
"You are..." whatever you say you are.
Make positive "You are" statements a regular habit. Allow them to replace all the negative self talk you use. Allow the positive feelings they generate to propel you to the happiness and success you deserve!
