lower body day. I found it a real challenge but I loved it really. I felt burning like I’ve never felt burning before!! -
Circuit 3, circuit 3!!! So I’m not a fan of the wonderful Bulgarian split squat, so when I saw this circuit with all the pulses I was ready to curl up in a ball. BUT I wanted to own this circuit. You can hate an exercise, but why not learn to love it? Ok a long way off love just yet.... anyway I did this circuit (few pauses), I took 30 seconds between each round and only used body weight. It felt like I was doing it correctly and I didn’t need anything to help me balance. Yes yes yes!! Maybe next time this comes up I’ll grab some weights 👍
I noticed a slight twinge in one knee when doing the curtsy lunges, it felt fine on everything else so I may just be lunging bad on that side. I wasn’t able correct it, in that I couldn’t find a way for my knee not to feel odd. I decided to substitute the exercise for deadlifts. Slightly annoying, but I’d rather listen to my body and do something else.
At circuit 5 I really had nothing left to give, but I pushed through and did 3 rounds. Great lower body @alexia_clark
