Let's take a break from all the back to school pictures and talk about detoxing your armpits for a second. Fun topic 🤔, I know, BUT it's worth the info b/c some of you have been trying to go the all natural route and are strugglin. Yes, the struggle bus is real when it comes to your pits BUT worth the ditch and switch b/c of all the gunk (especially the aluminum) in the non natural ones. Hit the goolge and see how bad that is for your glands.
Think about where your glands are and think about what you want to put on them every day. I have always had a hard time with deodorant b/c of my sensitive skin so I stopped wearing it year ago. Yes, I smell at times but you can do a detox to help pull the ick out and help get you to your better smelling self ;). I also use the thieves hand purifier after I workout or throughout the day, if I need a little pick me up and it works like a charm! You can also use natural deodorant (my kids and hubby use the YL ones but there are many out there). When we know better we do better! I will put the recipe for the detox in the comments. Oh, also pictured is my all time favorite thieves spray. You can make your own with the cleaner or I like to purchase these and keep them in my purse. You can spray yourself down, spray the carts at the store down, spray your car down and spray your mouth down, if you feel a sore throat coming on. You guys. Anything thieves is AMAZE. Google it. Research it. USE IT. It helps build up that immune system with each drop that hits your body. #dontbeafraidoftheplants
