no packing a gym bag, or needing a sitter....Do you know how many times in my life I started my #fitness #sweatsesh
only to quit!?! Do you know how many times I popped diet pills, green tea pills, stackers etc., starved myself, lost some weight and gained it all back, and then some !?! Thousands of times. UGH! Are you feeling me on this? ♥️

♥️ I constantly would pick myself apart, and never really felt satisfied with the outfit I choose for the day. I got to a point where I needed something to work for me, long-term. The healthy way. The right way. I will tell you the truth. There is no magic pill... The secret sauce is to learn how to eat. Rid your diet of all the processed crap and simple sugars, which really ARE harmful and hazardous to your health. Replace those options with real food, super foods, lean meats and food in their most natural state. ♥️ Eat ENOUGH calories throughout the day… Most people do not eat enough food to BURN the fat they're looking to lose. ♥️Join my next accountability group...DON'T MISS OUT AGAIN!! They are truly #amazing!
