Add this this to your ab workout.. TRUST me, you will feel it the next day. I did 3 sets & 20 reps and 3 sets of 1 minuet planks. If you have a workout partner, have them add a weighted plate on your back while doing planks. I had a 25lb plate on (not in the video) AND LEMME TELL YA... it burns so good 🔥🙂
