Be uncomfortable!!! Force yourself to push beyond your typical comfort zone and GROW! Exercise Pictured: Barbell Overhead Alternating Reverse Lunges with Barbell Overhead Press to finish. Extreme multifunctional exercise which incorporates massive core stability and static hold while pressing through the barbell as one lowers into the Lunge pattern. Barbell should remain aligned directly overhead loaded above the hips while maintaining an upright posture driving through the front foot as the posterior chain is ignited in driving the loaded barbell back up to its original position in standing. Overhead presses make for a killer burnout to finish the set with a massive pump as arms are already fatigued from static hold overhead throughout Lunges. Advanced exercise!
