3day/wk: This program is intended for crossfitters looking to add more Weightlifting to their programming. It’s also for athletes who want less volume (Masters athletes), or for those who are short on time. Each session is 75minutes & every exercise is controlled by the clock. Think of this as a supplemental weightlifting program to add into your regimen.
5day/wk: This program is designed for weightlifters. Crossfitters may also do this program but we would recommend to do it in your off-season as it’s designed to be your primary training regimen. You could switch to the 3day/wk once the season approaches. Each session lasts 90-120min.
