This is a brand new Barbie post office from 1995. It's still sealed. I'm having the hardest time leaving it alone. Unfortunately, like driving a brand new car off the lot, it will depreciate in value the moment I open the box. Sigh. I guess I'll just have to enjoy looking at the picture. #forsale #dollsofinstagram #doll #dolls #barbiedolls #barbies #barbie #miniatures #barbiefurniture #barbieplayset #usps #postoffice #postofficelife #uspost #uspostoffice #unitedstatespostal #unitedstatespostalservice #dollsforsale #dollsforlife #ebayseller #ebaysales #ebay #dollsareforeveryone #dollsforlife💕

didn’t snag any new NYC PO’s on my last visit, but stumbled on this one today! Also just started reading “How the Post Office Created America: A History” that my dear friend @_meglet gifted me—beefing up on my PO knowledge! 📍London Terrace Station, NY, NY 10011 🇺🇸 . . . . . . . #uspostalservice #usps #uspostoffice #postofficepics #postalpics #postofficelove #thepostalproject #postofficeporn
A read through about a post office in Joliet, IL. We’re missing the why but still a fun tidbit nonetheless.
I have seen these stamps on others’ posts. When I went to the post office, they were selling them. I couldn’t resist! Such fun stamps to put on my pen pal letters.
How come there aren’t more buildings build with this level of design and character and uniqueness? Too many are just blah boring... #uspostoffice #uspostofficefortworth #365picsin2017 #old #architecture #character #newequalsboring #fortworth
Supai, AZ, a tiny village located within the Grand Canyon and 8 miles from the nearest road, relies on the USPS not only for mail but for the majority of its supplies. The terrain is steep and treacherous and only passable on foot. How does the post office reach the 200 people living there? Mule train, of course. It is the last USPS mule train in existence today. # These dedicated postal workers, with their human counterparts, make the trek six days a week (16 miles round trip). They descend over 1,000 feet within the steep and winding first mile transporting letters, beverages, canned goods, and other household supplies. # A reminder that the post office maintains its duty to provide service to all communities. _______________________________________________________ Source: ‪https://uspsblog.com/mule-mail‬

The Ochopee Post Office in Ochopee, FL, is the smallest post office at just 61.3 sqft. It was once a storage facility for irrigation pipes, which were used for a nearby tomato farm. After a fire destroyed the original post office in 1953, the storage shed was converted to a fully functioning post office. It serves the nearby populations of Miccosukee and Seminole Indians. Be sure to ask for the cool post mark. ————————————————————————————— Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ochopee_Post_Office
