Beach Body Abs BAYWATCH STYLE
Since the lifeguards said I @janine_delaney
could use their chair I decided it was a good time to train abs @pressfitness.co @pressondemand @janine_delaney
I've been getting a lot of questions on how often I train abs so I wanted to share some of my ab tips. As everyone knows abs are a combination of exercise, diet and genetics. I was fortunate enough to get strong core muscles from my Dad's side of the family (although I was cursed with a slight bow in my legs😏). The rest has been up to me and even after having kids my abs snapped back very fast.
Here are some of my tips: @pressondemand
💥Do abs FIRST so you don't slack on them
💥Cut out processed foods like sugars and sweets
💥Sorry but limit alcohol. It will make you retain water especially in your abdomen
💥Build abs into your workout through super sets
💥SQUEEZE abs when doing ANY exercise
MY FAVE TIP: add weights or @thebandz.co
When it comes down to it, your ab muscles are just like any other muscle group in your body and should be trained accordingly. The difference is that abdominal muscles are particularly strong and can take a fair amount of punishment before they need to rest. They also heal slightly faster @pressondemand
than most other muscles. If you are wondering how often to train abs, here's my suggestion.
If your abs are sore 😩let them heal before you train them again. If they never get sore push harder and make sure to give them at least one day of rest a week. #pressfitnessco @janine_delaney #pressondemand @pressfitness.co #pressonlinestore #press #pressfitness.co
