In light of recent events, I've been thinking anew about crowd size, follower counts and what makes someone a "star". Who do the masses choose to prop up as #MagicallyDelicious
and why? Is it beauty (real and/or manufactured)? A gift or skill that seems unattainable to most? Tom Ford #sunnies?
Lip kits? What is the tipping point? What's the mystique? I don't ask these questions because I want to #CrackTheCode.
Fame for frivolity has never been my jam. Actually being known for any reason other than doing good by folks has never held much sway for me. I don't see any other reason to seek renown. But then, I'm the one who wonders why teachers aren't the world's rock stars. I'm just weird like that. #KanyeShrug
No, I ask these questions because we seem to have become a world intent on being "followers" one click at a time. I was just wondering who and what we're truly following (chasing?) and why. Have you thought about that? For me, it's: "I see all that you have, but what do you GIVE?" Just a couple of questions on a Wednesday morning. ❤ #YNotBeMore? #YNotBeWednesday
