Laurie started her journey at Anytime Fitness back in May. Working nights as a PSW, she struggled with proper nutrition and lack of exercise. She decided it was time to reclaim her life and take care of herself.
Laurie can often be seen in the gym at 6 a.m. at least 5 times a week. She even work outs at her cottage now, something she never thought she could do.
After working on her diet with her personal trainer Cecile, she has lost 10 lbs and has made huge gains in strength.
