Today's workout: tried out the isometric machine @thekloosty
made me. Love that thing. Didn't bother my knee so I'm going to keep using it until my knee feels good enough to squat again. .
Tried some potentiation exercises after each iso. Felt good - time will tell if it works. The idea is the isometric recruits more muscle fibres than any concentric or eccentric lift. So the potentiation effect is greater in the movement afterwards. .

- but I'm wondering if the bar came bent? Lol, I think my first set of squats bent it a bit - too powerful!
