hitting some Banded Pendlay Low Row. To be honest it's he does not exactly require an explosive upper back for his position as a gridiron DB.
However seeing he has built a solid upper back and is in the power phase of programming, it was a good addition. The exercise also teaches to maintain a solid core and strong isometric lower back whilst performing the row.
