***Fitness Friday's*** 3 Exercises to really target those legs on this fine Friday!! Exercises Pictured: 1. DB High Knee Step Up to Reverse Lunge -Regression: Body Weight Step Up 2. Lateral Squat to Curl in bottom position -Regression: Body Weight Lateral Squats 3. Over and Back Lateral Box Jumps -Regression: Body Weight Lateral Step Ups Perform each exercise for a total of 10 each side. Repeat 4-5 sets! Here goes two exercises you can pair together in order to enhance you LEG DAY or any other workout you decide to incorporate them into!! Make sure that you focus on pressing the knees out ⬅️➡️ in order to activate the glutes. DO NOT let the band collapse the knees. So proud of Melissa and what she has accomplished this past 6 months! Down 22 lbs of body fat, 10% BF lost in 6 months, along with an additional 15 lbs she accomplished with her start in the Kick start. She has tackled the challenge of changing her habits and lifestyle to fit her goals of being a healthy, fit, working mom. She has a CRAZY work schedule, children to raise, a husband and household to tend to and she didnt let those "excuses" stand in her way of taking back her life and bettering herself inside and out! She didn't follow a strict diet, and she was able to lose body fat and get stronger all at once. She was able to balance social events, weekends and vacations while still working towards her goals. So proud of her progress!!!! Marcia has had many ups and downs this past year dealing with various wrist injuries keeping her from being able to get into positions on her hands from the floor.
