20 MIN PROTEIN MEALPREP! SWEET & SPICY CHICKEN EDITION 🍗🔥
Here is my go-to for peeping chicken breast. All you need are these five ingredients and voila! You don't need to worry about mealprepping protein source for the next couple of days! (Always cook in bulk for later use 😁)
🔸1 tbsp Smoked sweet paprika -
🔸1 tbsp minced Garlic
🔸2 packets Stevia (Optional for bringing out the extra sweetness)
🔸Sriracha hot sauce (desired amount)-
🔸1tbsp Coconut oil
🔹Cut/Dice chicken breast into desired shapes. I like to cut mine into thin slices like so.
🔹Preheat pan medium to high heat -
🔹Coat the pan with coconut oil/spray
🔹Cook chicken Breast pieces and throw in seasoning
🔹Cook for 15 minutes on medium to high heat, make sure it's evenly cooked throughout but careful not to over cook! (no one likes dry chicken 😷) -
🔹Having the chicken cut into small pieces really speed up the cooking process!
🔹When finished, garnish with herbs (I used parsley)
🔹Weigh and prep into your container and refrigerate!
