Weekend doesn't mean your health doesn't matter. So you surely know me by now, and know that I am all about balance and peace. Which means, yes, eat the slice of pie...have ice cream for dessert and don't forget you CAN have your cake and eat it too (whatever that means 😳)
What you may not know, is that as much as I want my clients and my people who hear this. Is that you can't treat your body the same way you treat your temptations.
That you need to own your health, not the way your ego and cravings try to own you!
You can look at it in a reward perspective or safer yet, treat it as if you REALLY do love yourself enough to know that if you fall off the wagon, that you ARE strong enough to either start again or keep going!
Yes, have the cookies...but don't allow your mind to talk you into "deserving" it. Just eat it, get over it and move on. And enjoy every bit of your health journey, including all the comfort food. Whatever it is... Weight loss.

You are a magnificent piece of equipment and you were built by the greatest creator. If He gives you grace, then you must be graceful with yourself.
Quite the post for some random supplement photo...but with Holiday food and New Years resolutions right around the corner, I want you all to keep this in mind.
