Before the day is over, here is my accountability report! #TrainWithJim was in session this morning with #FullBodyMashup #PowerPyramid. Bringing back memories of my #NoLimitsChallenge that I miss so dearly. On a side note: that lighting during curls was on point! After 8 weeks... I am finished and this is the end result. 187lbs to 180lbs. I was 27.7% body fat and now I am 12.8%. I gained 15lbs of lean muscle mass. Strength wise I can rep 245lbs on bench and before I couldnt even get if off the rack. The journey doesnt stop here. I want to see how far I can go. I proved through all of this that if I can do it anyone can. No excuses. I have all the obstacles a person could have. Full time single parent. Work full time (overtime too). I truly had more time than I thought I just wasn't utilizing it correctly. Its not a diet... its nutrition. Its not a workout plan its a lifestyle change. Its a mental and physical journey and it molds you into the best version of yourself. Thanks to @jimstoppani for the knowledge and supplement science that provided me the framework for this challenge. He is the source and the brains behind everything. You cant ever achieve if you dont have a goal. 😝😝😝 Your girl getting it done! Can I say that I'm proud of myself??? Yes, I can! I've made it through nearly all #TrainWithJim workouts and most of them while doing my #NoLimitsChallenge. Now I'm getting them in despite being on vacay with life happening around me at lightning ⚑️speed. Pics are terrible, but out of respect for the other gym go'ers, I had to be discreet with the camera. So here is my accountability for #FullBody21s. This one with a twistπŸŒͺ! I started with a heavy set (to satisfy my appetite for heavy lifts-bb bench, bb squat, pulldown, bb shoulder press, bb curls, bb tri ext) and then I immediately moved into the unilateral 21s for 2 sets of said muscle group. Week 8 Day 5 #NoLimitsChallenge #giantset completed. Final #Bicep workout of the program. Feel a whole lot stronger than I did pre program. Not as shredded as I had hoped but I have my diet to blame for that, need to get more strict with my eating to see that. All on all this challenge was awesome, loved the program and would follow it again in the future. And just like that, my #NoLimitsChallenge is over. This may be the last time I will ever have this view on back/bi's day. I would like to say that this was a struggle, but it wasn't. It felt good. It felt right. I felt strong all through the way. I felt alive. It's amazing how goals remove every obstacle from your path & my only goal was to enjoy every moment of the process, including those perceived as negative.
