So what am I eating? Well, these days a lot more than should! 😶 I just came off the #NoLimitsChallenge and jumped right into vacay mode. Reverse dieting is it’s own monster! I seem to be hungrier than ever! 😒 👊🏼Consistency in nutrients for the week is my goal.👊🏼 I’ve more carbs to play with. I def keep them centered around my workouts. Here’s today’s pre-workout snack: About 1/4 c oatmeal & 1/2 scoop of protein powder (I use ProJYM).😋 The beauty of this snack is that oatmeal once mixed with water becomes about 4 times it’s size! It feels like more in stomach, keeps hunger away and fuels my workout. Once cooked, I add protein powder to make it protein rich. Because of all those workouts I’ve been showering you with have made a huge difference on leaning out my backside with ZERO boring CARDIO! My submission pic for the #NoLimitsChallenge (had literally a minute to take this before heading out to the airport). I reflect on all I learned and relearned during the process. I’m on the other side of it now, looking to improve her because what’s inside reflects on the outside. I left so scared of losing her during my vacation, but I found out so much of what she is made of. I feel as if I’ve arrived. I have to look from a different perspective (& that includes outside of myself) to really appreciate the growth. I don’t care what people see. I’m so grateful for this imperfect, yet amazing life. When you wake up with appreciation, you see life as a gift & never have I felt so in abundance. #Grateful (I obv channeled my inner Wonder Woman in that pose without knowing.)
