Im #backatit ! Been off for too long. My laser eye surgery went well, and i was advised to take a week off from the #gym... its been 5 days since and my #patience has ran out. Today i hit a light workout and it felt great none the less... Over the 5 days i was able to maintain #size and #strength, i am so #blessed ! I proved to myself once again that so much in life is psychological. Over the 5 days my mind played tricks on me, having me feel as though i had lost my gains. After 1 #workout, i am happy to say that the #shocking of the #muscles are in full effect! Let the #transformation begin 💪🏾
