I wanna share a pic I took this past weekend compared to one from my girls trip in 🌊 September. I usually share ones compared to my “before” pic back in May, but I was stunned when I scrolled my camera roll for pics and saw 👀 this one. See on this girls trip, I felt fairly comfortable but knew I had more to work to do to feel really comfortable in my own skin again.
When I started my PiYo bootcamp in October, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had never done the full 60 day calendar and wasn’t sure how much results I would get without using weights. Well I hope the current pic also shows how 🤗happy I am to be leaner and stronger because that’s exactly how I feel. I’m not a super model by any means but at #almostforty
(39 in February 😭), I love ❤️feeling better than ever!!
It’s so important to surround yourself with positive ➕people and use a healthy approach to fitness. Otherwise, shame and guilt lead us to crash diets and unhealthy, short-lived success. #beentheredonethat
