God will do it. When it appears that we have exhausted all our resources for whatever reason, when our back appears to be against the wall, when there seems to be no way out of our situation, when we feel like we can not take another step, when we feel like we have done all we can, when it appears that all the doors and possibilities around us are no more, God is declaring that He is still able to make a way for us. The wisest of wisdom says, the power of Christ is upon me when I'm at my weakest. (2 Corinthians 12:9). The red sea appeared to be an impossibility for God's people. It looked like a stumbling block to their promise of freedom, but it was God’s opportunity to perform a miracle for all to see, including their enemies. God often shows up and off when there seems to be no way out. God showed Israel’s enemies that He, God Almighty was not only with them, but He had already had a path prepared for them. In other words, God already had a way made for Israel’s journey to the promised land prior to their departure from Egypt. I really believe God is doing a new thing in our day, not only for those who belong to Him, but for those who are far off. (Isaiah 43:19) "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; will you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
