I think I posted about this the other dayπŸ€”but I'll say it again just in case....Almost 2weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my back that has affected my arm,hand,shoulder,right under my collar bone,my right chest muscle,and my neckπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ Leave it to me I swearπŸ™„ I refused to give up so I've iced it,heated it,and massaged it everyday. It's better in some spots but definitely have to use less weight. Even with less weight I got an awesome workout inπŸ’ͺ🏼 I'd like to know if ANYONE is knowledgeable in the KT tape area??? I was wondering if it will help cause there's an area that's going to take awhile to heal. Deadlifts/squats on Monday, bench on Wednesday...weird week it's been. Completely focused and determined to reach the goals I have in life and fitness. I have had many failures in life but also equal success. I refused to give up when I was told "I couldnt do it". I used the anger and resentment to drive myself forward to succeed. When you realize that control is powerful but it is only powerful when it comes to yourself. In the decisions and the direction you choose. What you invest your time and energy in will show in the things around you. The biggest question I get now is "How did you do this in 9 weeks?"
