Protein powder has a lot of benefits but you still have great food sources you can use to get your protein from.
From me personally if I run out of my #Jym
protein I would always use some @shopritestores
egg whites post workout or in a veg shake at work. It's a high quality protein, no fat or carbs and I don't need to waste yolks (ps yes yolk are good for you). Just measure it out cook it up and eat. You can make an omelette, add to a fruit or veg shake or even make a pizza. ---
