Today I'm hopping with both feet and if you feel comfortable, you should too! Always have an exit strategy! You can cartwheel out of Forearm balance just like handstand. Or you can go to a wall and hop towards the wall. . . . . . . . . Come into dolphin and take your gaze forward. Come onto the tippy toes, bend your knees and on an inhale, softly...gently... hop forward. See if you can "catch" yourself and maybe find some hang time, even if it's just a millisecond! Once you feel it, you'll know what to shoot for every time. Don't forget to breathe. A steady breath makes for a steady posture. Keep the shoulders strong and knees bent for now.
