MEN'S 800M FINAL
With Clayton Murphy, the 2016 Olympic bronze medalist, unable to compete in his 5th race this weekend due to injury, the NCAA record holder Donovan Brazier had a much easier time winning his final with a great time of 1:44.14. Penn State's Isaiah Harris ended up second and Drew Windle captured the final spot.
WOMEN'S 800M FINAL
After producing the fastest qualifying mark in the rounds two days earlier, Ajee Wilson went on to win the final in 1:57.78 ahead of her teammate Charlene Lipsey and 2013 world silver medalist Brenda Martinez.
MEN'S 1500M FINAL
Matt Centrowitz, your 2016 Olympic champion, was denied his 5th US title by Robby Andrews who just out dipped him at the line for the win with 3:43.29. His final lap was clocked in a blistering 52.2 seconds.
WOMEN'S 1500M FINAL
Jenny Simpson, Rio Olympic bronze medalist, made it title number 4 consecutively yesterday in the women's 1500m at the USATF Outdoor National Championships with her 4:06.33 win. It's her 10th overall national title, thanks to a quick 60.4 second final lap.
MEN'S 3000M STEEPLECHASE
Evan Jager, the 2016 Olympic silver medalist, won his 5th national title in the event since 2012 with his 8:16.88 win over Stanley Kebenei and Hillary Bor. The final lap in which he sprinted away from the field was timed in a hot 56.7 seconds.
WOMEN'S 3000M STEEPLECHASE
Emma Coburn, the 2016 Olympic bronze medalist, won her 6th national title since 2011 with another win in 9:20.34 over Courtney Frerichs and Colleen Quigley. Coburn closed strongly with 69.5 on her final lap.
