I have a thing for icelandic sheeps 🤗! They kept me laughing and smiling throughout my whole road trip in Iceland! They are so curious, smart, adventurous and always do weird stuff 😄 that's why I like them so much!
They sleep on the side of the road, resting their heads literally on the street like it's comfy, they always wander around in pairs like little gangs 😜, they wander around or stand heroic at a rock looking for the next adventure, they are so bold! Especially the guy on the picture ☝️:
Only moments after I took this picture he was standing on the road, blocking it (which was the standard whilst my stay) a car wanted to shoo him away but he didn't moved, the driver honked and honked and honked but this sheep just stood there and sniffed at the car 😄 as if to say " You are the intruder here, not me" 💪...
I even saw sheeps stuck on a tiny little island that got there on low tide and then had to wait for the next low tide until they could return to the main land 😝....
P.S. I hate squares, it's been such a struggle for me to make myself fit into these formats Instagram is offering 🙊 and I don't want to do it any longer! I love portraits and landscapes and I don't want to cut (for me) important parts anymore! Like these clouds in the sky or the mossy foreground ❤️. I didn't want to loose anything in this picture, cause I love it exactly in this way 😌! .
