📍HOW TO BURN BELLY FAT📍
If you've been following me for long, then you know a lot of my posts follow a similar trend. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, burn belly fat, etc., the same fundamentals truths hold...
⚖️ - You need to be eating enough calories for your goals (for folks losing weight, that means creating a calorie deficit and consuming fewer calories than their body burns)
💪 - You should be following a well-structured exercise plan (and if you want to get the most "exercise bang" for your "fat loss buck," you should be focused on strength training/lifting weights)
⏰ - You need to be patient AND consistent (cause dramatic changes in body composition don't happen in a few weeks or months)
But here's what's interesting. Most people know all these things...
Deep down, they know that the changes they're making to their diet and exercise need to be things they can stick to in the long run and, ideally, the rest of their life. Still, I'm continually bombarded with questions asking about different pills, creams, body wraps, "fat-burning" foods, and the like on a daily basis...
The reason? All of those things are sexy & exciting. I mean, who wouldn't want to take a pill or rub cream on their stomach to lose fat?
But here's the honest truth about losing fat, building muscle, and maintaining a healthy body for life ✅ —> It’s not about finding the the "secret" solution...
Instead, it comes down to hard work, stellar planning, self-honesty, consistency, and a shitload of patience. Above all, do NOT give up. Because no matter how much you might struggle, if you refuse to give up, success is inevitable.
