I'm slowly but surely starting to get myself back. VERY slowly but these adjustments are really making a difference. I still meal prep every Sunday, but really focus on giving myself a full days worth of food every day of the week. We have a goal of not eating out for a month - if others invite us, we'll split a meal. Once the month is up we'll celebrate by going to a favorite spot 🎉I have a count down on my phones noting the days I haven't eaten the chocolate at work - they leave it EVERYWHERE. I don't work out in the early am before work anymore to get rest and pin point my bloodsugars to start the day off right. I don't eat breakfast until 9:30/10 to avoid my insulin resistance messing me up for the day. I eat before I actually take my lunch, then walk for an hour while I'm off. I have a small meal at 4:30 so when I get home at 5:45 I can change, and head right to the gym for a 45 min sweat session. After I eat a real dinner by 7. Or I eat something small then work out to be home by 7. In bed by 9:30/10 always. Off days (Wed & Thurs) I walk on the beach for a mile or two, go to a rock climbing gym, or take a yoga or cycle class. It's been almost 3 months since I moved, and lost a sense of routine - losing myself and the progress I've made. BUT I'm starting to find the good shit, to get rid of the bull shit 😌🍽✨
