Good morning! It's been quite a few weeks since I've felt good enough to move into my own yoga asana practice....the nausea and stomach sickness I'm feeling in my first trimester is no joke. It's been a challenge for me to get up and teach the 5:30am classes but my husband has stepped up like a true hero and our students have been so supportive and understanding. We are truly blessed with an amazing community of loving yogis, family, and friends and I am so grateful and thankful for the sweet village our little #BloomingFlowersBaby
will be born into. .
I am also so very grateful for my yoga practice through this process. I am already experiencing the changes that come along with growing a little one including exhaustion lol. Thank goodness for the knowledge of a soft and restorative yoga practice to help me move mindfully through the fatigue. And of course my body is changing too...softening in places that used to have lots of tone and control! But again the yoga practice reminds me that this too shall pass, this is a season, and change is what's needed for this little soul to grow. It's allowing me to take a step back and watch my body do what it already knows how to do. I just keep breathing and loving my life 💕 @blooming_flowers_yoga
