What is happening? You have it in you to be awesome.
The news is that my head isn't aching today because I had tea in the morning. May be. The better news is I woke up in time, and I was on the ground at 4:30 am. Exact! Yes. :) I give the credit to sleeping early yesterday, like 9:30 pm.
I added a few things to work out routine. Jogged a few more rounds for 22 minutes. Then I took my football out, did the drills for a bit. I felt that it is going all well for my legs, now I have to work on my arms and upper body, I did some pushups in sets(20 at a time, 200 in total). It felt great to be there with the sole aim of working out at the ground. I did 'plank' for about a minute then stopped for the stones on the ground were sticking and pinching my skin.
As I was doing sprints, I thought what is the point in sprinting if I cannot increase my speed every day. I also thought that it would be great if I can do some exercise to increase my acceleration, making my legs push the ground backward with more effect.
For anybody, the sole goal in life has to be 'to improve', 'to be better' every day.
I took myself to the football goal post. I placed my palms on the vertical pole. Locked my arms, Started running into the goal post, but I wouldn't move because my palms would stop me. I am basically running at the same place. Now, you'd want to ask me, 'when you're running at the same place, why do you need to catch the goal pole/post for it?'. The answer is I am training my leg muscles to move forward against the force.
Then I did some sprints, checked the time. And the most important thing, I stretched. As There wasn't anyone around, and I thought I will get creative and work on my football kicks, touches. I started kicking the ball to a rock, the ball would reflect back after hitting the rock. It is fun, refreshing.
