This tank 💯 for my feelings on this Monday morning. My alarm went off at 4 and this lady right here wanted so bad to keep my little eyes closed and pretend I didn't hear it. It was leg day, and motivating myself on leg day when my movements are limited sucks. I just made a deal with myself. "You get out of bed for PT leg day and then you can hit the bag after"...SOLD! It was a great workout. You know my best workouts have been the ones that my lack of motivation didn't want to happen.
