Neil was looking for some guidance after feeling like he wasn't quite getting the results he deserved for his efforts in the gym.
We set him off 8 weeks ago armed with a training plan which we tailored around his existing schedule and commitments.
He also had a meal plan and guidelines to follow. I say meal plan, this was never going to be achieved eating fish and a rice cake 5 times a day because, well, who the hell would wana do that shit! 🙈
He's been able to stay consistent over the last 8 weeks because he's been eating meals he can actually enjoy, sandwiches, home made chinese, curry, chocolate, sweets to name a few of the things he regularly ate. Creating a healthier understanding of food choices and portion control which he can now move forward and progress further with!
His 8 week goal of being visibly leaner and stronger for his upcoming holiday has been achieved, losing over 6kg and dropping a trouser (waist) size whilst even adding some muscle tissue along the way! 💪🏼 Body fat % ⬇️

Mental focus⬆️ Safe to say i'm proud of all the hard work he's put in over the last 8 weeks! 👊
Not only has he lost a decent ammount of fat, he also has a better, more functional physique at the end of the 8 week process too! The comments he's received from family and friends say it all! 👌
