I believe to feel ultimate health, you need to cook your own food. Period 😱 I used to think #cooking
was hard and it took a long time to make something nice. But then, through my nutrition course showing me how simple it is and finding a couple recipes to practice, it became easier and easier. Seriously anyone can cook, it's like riding a bike. At my events I teach people how easy, quick and simple cooking can be and how you don't need to be fancy to make a healthy and more importantly, #delicious #meal.
is cook once, and eat twice, always have more left over for another meal. Today we're so busy so be prepared. 🤙🏽
