Shaun Week day 7- Dig Deep.
First an 8 minute warm up (don’t let that name fool you, he actually gives a break after the warm up because it gets you out of breath and sweating!). Then 14 minutes of heart pumping, sweat dripping, 1 minute moves. And and guess what, you’re not done. Let’s hold a plank on one leg for a minute. Then you can be done.

But, I may be glutton for punishment, because, tomorrow it’s back to Shaun T for a round of Insanity Max 30! Yikes! Stepping way way way out of my comfort zone. I’ve started this program once and quit after the first week. Said it wasn’t for me. Not this time. And now YOU all are my accountability!!! No turning back.
