Did some testing today. I managed to push out a 150kg squat @
72kg BW which is a 10kg PB. Bench had no improvement and pulled a 200kg deadlift (video to come soon). Absolutely stoked with these numbers, I set the goal to hit Squat 150kg, Bench 100kg and deadlift of 200 before the year was out. And BAM.
