When you see what looks like a 'simple' pose by the IG yoga guru @lydiasarunrat
- but soon, u learn instead of an eagle, u end up looking more like a turkey...well, for me anyway...eh hem... 😅😝😂😂

★Helpful tip: I find that once u find that sweet spot of balance (ur body will tell u) then u can start to fold ur legs, etc. .
Health benefits of eagle pose:
▶Done consistently, will aid with building stronger legs&arms.
▶Aid in building concentration&focus.
Health benefits of headstands:
▶Core balance exercise.
▶Blood rush- aids circulation.
▶I notice when I do this in the morning, I feel more alert&awake.
▶Virtually NO equipment needed,minimum space needed. .
