It just doesn't get better than fresh, homemade fried apple pies! 🔗 Fried Apple Pie INGREDIENTS - 3 Apples - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3 tbsp Butter - Pre made pie crust DIRECTIONS 1. Melt the sugar on medium. 2. Add the butter and keep stirring until it becomes a caramel. 3. Add apples and mix until the caramel becomes viscous.  4. Fill the pie crust and deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Serve.

Be happy with this yummy Cookie Dough Tart💕 🔗 Cookie Dough Tart INGREDIENTS - 20 pcs Oreo cookies - 1/2 cup butter, softened but still cool - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 3/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream - 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour - 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips - 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped - 1/2 cup heavy cream DIRECTIONS 1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs. 2. Press cookie crumbs evenly over the bottom and up the sides of a 10-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. 3. Add butter, sugars, and vanilla in the bowl and mix well. 4. Add flour, salt and cream. Mix it until doughy consistency. 5. Add in chocolate chips. 6. Scrape the filling into the tart crust and spread it evenly to the edges using the back of a spoon. 7. Pour hot cream over the chocolate, stir slowly with a rubber spatula until the mixture is smooth and glossy. 8. Pour ganache over the cookie dough filling. Spread the ganache to the tart’s edges as needed. Carefully pick up the tart pan. 9. Refrigerate uncovered until set, about 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
Melting Chocolate Dome Surprise🎉🎈🎉 🔗 Chocolate Dome INGREDIENTS - 10 oz chocolate - 1 balloon - 1 scoop vanilla ice cream - 1 Brownie - Handful of blueberries and raspberries - Chopped walnuts - 2 oz caramel sauce DIRECTIONS 1. Thoroughly wash and dry the balloon. Fill it up with air. 2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the balloon to coat. 3. Stand the chocolate-covered balloon in a cup to let it harden in refrigerator. 4. Pop the balloon to release the air and carefully peel off from the chocolate. 5. Place brownie, vanilla ice cream, and berries on a plate, sprinkle some nuts. Cover with the chocolate dome. 6. Melt caramel sauce. Just before serving, pour over the chocolate dome.
🍩 Flaky Cronuts Made Easy! 🍩 🔗 Flaky Cronuts INGREDIENTS - 2 cans crescent dough, such as Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations (this dough is seamless) - 1/4 butter, melted - 1 cup chocolate pudding - Chocolate glaze (recipe below) - Toppings, such as sprinkles, nuts, toasted coconut Chocolate glaze - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar - 4 tbsp cocoa powder - 4 tbsp milk DIRECTIONS 1. Lay out your 2 crescent doughs and brush them with melted butter. 2. Fold the bottom third of each sheet of dough up over the middle third. Brush with butter. 3. Fold the top third down over the middle. 4. Punch out 3 circles with a cookie cutter. 5. Punch the centers out with a smaller cutter. 6. Fry your donuts for 1-1/2 minutes per side, until golden. 7. Add the chocolate pudding to a piping bag fitted with a tip, and insert the tip into the side of the cronut. Pipe chocolate pudding in, until you feel resistance. 8. Combine the ingredients for the chocolate glaze and mix well, until smooth. 9. Dip the top of each cronut into the chocolate glaze. 10. Top with desired toppings.

This cream puffs are to die for, you don't want to miss making this by end of the day! 🍒❣️🍒 🔗 Tres Leche Cream Puffs INGREDIENT Puff -Pre made biscuit dough
-1 cup Egg wash Tres Leche -2 cups Milk -14 oz can Evaporated milk -12 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
 Filling -3 cups Tres leche mixture
-3 Egg yolks -½ cup Sugar -½ cup Cornstarch
-1 tsp Vanilla extract Cherry Glaze -½ cup Pre made vanilla frosting -3 tbsp Cherry syrup DIRECTIONS 1. Roll biscuit dough into balls, coat with whisked egg and bake at 350F for 15 minutes until golden brown. 2. Mix the tres leche mixture and add it to a saucepan at low heat. 3. Mix in eggs, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla until thick. 4. Mix the icing and dip the puff. 5. Add whipped cream and cherry on top for extra!
Have a truffle-icious weekend! ❤️ 🔗 Red Velvet Truffles INGREDIENTS - 1 9x9” red velvet cake - 6 oz cream cheese, softened - 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips - 16oz dark chocolate, melted - 4oz white chocolate, melted DIRECTIONS 1. Crumble your red velvet cake into a fine crumb. 2. Add in the cream cheese and 1/2 cup melted white chocolate, and mix well. 3. Roll 1" balls of the crumb mixture between the palms of your hands. Repeat with remaining mix and chill the truffles for 30 minutes. 4. Using a fork, dip each truffle in melted dark chocolate and place on parchment paper. 5. Drizzle the chocolate covered truffles with melted white chocolate and chill to set.
Thank goodness it's Friday!! 😱 Have some of this yummy dessert #TGIF 💃🕺 🔗 S'more Ice Cream Cake INGREDIENTS - 2 sleeves graham crackers, divided - ½ cup butter, melted - 16 oz dark chocolate, chopped - 1 cup heavy whipping cream - 1 quart chocolate ice cream - 2 cups mini marshmallows DIRECTIONS 1. Set your oven to 350*F. 2. Crush one sleeve of graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix them with with the melted butter, and press the mixture into the bottom of a parchment lined, 9” springform pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool the crust completely. 3. While the crust bakes, heat your cream and pour the hot cream over your chopped chocolate in a medium-sized bowl. Allow the cream and chocolate to sit for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate has melted. Stir the mixture until it is combined and smooth. 4. Pour half the chocolate mixture onto the cooled crust, and smooth out evenly. 5. Break the remaining sleeve of graham crackers into individual crackers, and stand them in the chocolate mixture, along the inner edge of the pan. 6. Scoop the chocolate ice cream onto the layer of chocolate and smooth the ice cream layer until evenly spread. 7. Top the ice cream with the remaining chocolate mixture, and spread evenly. 8. Freeze the cake until set, approximately 2 hours. 9. Top with marshmallows, and gently toast with a small torch.

💣 Gravy bomb is the BOMB! 💣 🔗 Gravy bomb INGREDIENTS - Mashed Potatoes - Grated Cheese - Chopped Bacon - Salt - Pepper - Butter - Gravy - Parsley - Eggs - Flour - Breadcrumbs DIRECTIONS 1. Pour gravy into ice cube trays, sprinkle with parsley. 2. Freeze until solid. 3. Mix cheese, bacon, salt, pepper and butter into the mashed potatoes. 4. Place frozen gravy cube into mash potato and form a ball. 5. Dip the ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs and fry at 350F until golden brown. Serve.
🦄 Make your own colorful and magical unicorn poptarts! 🦄 🔗 Unicorn poptarts INGREDIENTS - Pie dough - Pink, green, blue and purple food coloring - 1 cup cream cheese - 1 egg yolk - ½ tsp vanilla essence - ½ cup sugar - Rainbow sprinkles - Frosting - Rainbow sprinkles DIRECTIONS 1. Divide the dough into 4 balls and dye each ball a pastel color with food coloring. 2. Tear dough into small pieces and using rolling pin to create marbling effect. 3. Cut into 4 rectangles and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill. 4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence together with a whisk. Add sprinkles and mix. 5. Dollop 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto the center of one side of each rectangle. 6. Fold the rectangle over to cover the stuffing and seal closed with a fork. 7. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and fully cool. 8. Warm frosting in microwave and spoon onto each pop tart and decorate with rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy!

Cookie + cheesecake! All in one! 🍪❤️🍰 🔗 Cookie Cheesecake Bowls INGREDIENTS For cookie cup: - 2 cups flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/2 salt - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 cup butter, softened - 1 cup brown sugar - 1/2 cup sugar For cheesecake filling: - 1 cup heavy cream - 8 oz cream cheese - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup raspberry jam - 12 raspberries DIRECTIONS 1. Set your oven to 350*F. 2. Combine the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt in a medium bowl and mix to combine. 3. In a large bowl cream the melted butter, eggs, vanilla and both sugars until combined, then fold in the dry ingredients in two batches. Mix until a smooth batter forms. 4. Scoop the cookie dough into a greased muffin tin, dividing the batter equally and bake until puffed and cooked through, about 18 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, cream the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth. Fold in the raspberry jam. 6. Allow the chocolate cookies to cool for about 2 minutes and then, using a shot glass or small plastic cup, press a deep indentation into the center of each cookie. 7. Allow the cookie cups to cool completely. 8. Fill each indentation with cheesecake filling and top with a raspberry. 9. Chill the cheesecake cookie cups for one hour, until set.
