Let me climb way up on my #soapbox here for a bit. I'm not saying supplements don't work, some do, and I take a few myself. But they do not DO the work. That's on you. There are no supplements that will make up for lack of effort and consistency. I hate seeing trainers and athletes giving so much credit to the line of supplements they take essentially discounting what has made them so successful - doing the work consistently over a long period of time, eating a proper diet, and recovering well. Here is a list of my top three supplements: 1. Consistent Effort 2. Proper Diet 3. Recovery/Sleep These are the only things I can fully endorse. No pill / powder/ or specialty product will ever come close to matching the power of these 3. EVER!
Loaded Carries One of the best ways to build full body strength for anyone is to add in some loaded carry variations. Theses exercises challenge the entire body to work as a unit to accomplish a simple task -- pick something heavy up and move it. Here AJ is performing an DB Overhead Carry for 30yds.
