Let me climb way up on my #soapbox
here for a bit.
I'm not saying supplements don't work, some do, and I take a few myself. But they do not DO the work. That's on you. There are no supplements that will make up for lack of effort and consistency. I hate seeing trainers and athletes giving so much credit to the line of supplements they take essentially discounting what has made them so successful - doing the work consistently over a long period of time, eating a proper diet, and recovering well.
Here is a list of my top three supplements:
1. Consistent Effort
2. Proper Diet
These are the only things I can fully endorse. No pill / powder/ or specialty product will ever come close to matching the power of these 3. EVER!
